The whole tussle between BJP and the TDP is because of the failure of BJP to give special status for the newly formed Andhra Pradesh state. The ruling party in AP, TDP has pulled out of the Modi government yesterday, but however, the party is still open for a rapprochement by deciding to remain part of the NDA.
The two TDP Ministers met the Prime Minister Narendra Modi in the last evening and had submitted their resignation letters to them.
However, the Aviation Ministry was later transferred to Railway Minister Suresh Prabhu.
Responding to this on Twitter, the Union Minister Suresh Prabhu said, “I will always cherish my stint in the aviation sector. May India continue to fly high!”
