Indian External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj has been winning hearts of all the people across the nation ever since she took office. Undoubtedly, she is one of the most accessible and reliable ministers in the BJP government.

Sushma always stands in the first place to come forward and offer support to people in distress. 

From resolving people’s visa problems to even helping people reach their destination safely, Swaraj has time and again, asserted through her mediation that she is just a tweet away.Her domain of responsibility has gone above and beyond the line on multiple occasions.

Most recently, on 22nd March 2017, Rajeev Sharma tweeted to Ms Swaraj urging her to save his brother who was being held for ransom in Serbia.

Sharma also shared a video of his brother who was being beaten by his kidnappers. He further revealed that it was an agent who wooed their son into getting a job, instead took him to a refugee camp.

Vinay and his parents trusted an agent going by the name of Satinder Singh, but he misled them and took them to a refugee camp.

Keeping in mind the gravity of the situation, Swaraj immediately replied and sent help to the man. Within just 24 hours, Vinay Mahajan was rescued and in the safe custody of Serbian authorities.

And she did not stop there, she further demanded exemplary punishment for the agent who got the family in trouble!

In order to prevent anyone else from falling prey to this “agent”, she urged the Protector General of India, Mr. M.C. Luther to take strict action against him.
