Photography is defined as ‘it is not just capturing a moment but creating it.’ Everyone can capture photos but creating something new is the job of a photographer. We people missed and still miss our childhood. Isn’t it?
Capturing the essence of childhood through a lens might not seem like a difficult task.
But this Canadian photographer Tony Luciani’s execution of his 91-year-old mother’s childhood in a series of photographs reflects his Love and Emotion onto his mother. The photos are really amazing and creative.
Tony Luciani with his mother:
Tony Luciani quoted: “I imagine it rather than copy it. The subject matter is less important than mood and feeling, of which both come from within me. This is why I would call my work interpretive. I put so much of myself into my paintings that, in a sense, each one become a self-portrait.”
