There are many honest and really hardworking policemen serving the nation. We all must respect them for their service. On the other hand, there are some guys who actually misuse their powers and land common people in trouble.

Here is the perfect example for this scenario. A responsible citizen named Shabi Ul Hussain, a resident of Kolkata faced a situation where cops blame him without any reason and filed a case against him. Watch the video below.

In this post, he wrote “This Sergeant caught me at Em Bypass, for no reason, when I asked why did you stop me ? He said for breaking signal, which was not at all true. Then I told him to check the CCTV footage, for the confirmation, he didn’t check. After that he had given me the case of section 184, 130, 177 and 179 just because I had asked for the confirmation, so he got frustrated and offended and when I said this is cheating this is injustice he even beaten me up”.

Shabi was given the case of section 179 (Refusing to answer public servant authorised to question), section 177 (Furnishing false information), section 130 ( Driver, in a public place, failing to produce his licence, on demand, to any police officer in uniform) and section 184 (Whoever drives a motor vehicle at a speed or in a manner which is dangerous to the public) just because a valid confirmation was asked. Shabi thought of shared his experience and tagged Narendra Modi, Mamta Banerjee and popular news channels in his facebook post.
