Everybody Is Furious With Paytm And Can’t Stop Trolling It’s Maintenance Mode
The demonetization move made by the government to promote fewer cash transactions in the economy invited mixed reactions from the people in our country. One good thing that definitely happened after demonetization is that people started using e-wallets.

It boosted the business of e-wallet companies like Paytm and Mobikwik by manifolds. The owner of the company Vijay Shekhar Sharma was on cloud nine as more and more people were now opting for digital wallet company PayTM. However, it faced outrage after the server went down on Thursday.
Paytm servers were down for quite a few hours without prior notification yesterday and people were really furious about it.

Paytm posted this tweet as more and more people started talking about it on the social media. “Some of you might be facing temporary inconvenience on our platform. We’re currently updating our systems for higher capacity. Back shortly.” tweeted Paytm.

Reacting to the outburst, the company quickly released a statement saying, “Over the last month, we have seen a surge in usage and while we operate at multiple times the expected usage capacity, we still continue to further enhance and scale our infrastructure. All banks and payment networks undertake scheduled downtimes to upgrade and carry out maintenance on their servers and infrastructure. This is another planned system upgrade.”
Finally, the issue was resolved and Paytm is back to form.
