UPPSC Preliminary Exam 2014 Admit Card/Hall Ticket Download

UPPSC which stands for Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission is going to organize the UPPSC Prelimnary Exam. Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission has released admit cards for the UPPSC Preliminary Exam 2014.The exam for recruitment to Provincial Civil Services is scheduled for August 3 at exam centers across Uttar Pradesh. The candidates who have applied for the UPPSC Preliminary Exam 2014 before the last date can download their admit card because the admit card is having the important information regarding the examination and candidates like name of examination and candidate, examination date and time , address for the examination and many more.

Candidates are required to produce a valid ID proof along with their admit card when appearing for the examination.

General Studies-I (200 marks)

Duration: Two hours
Current events of national and international importance.
History of India and Indian national movement.
Indian and world geography – physical, social and economic geography of India and the world.
Indian polity and governance – Constitution, political system, Panchayati Raj, public policy, rights etc.
Economic and social development – sustainable development, poverty inclusion, demographics, social sector initiatives, etc.
General Issues on environmental ecology, biodiversity and climate change that do not require subject specialisation.
General Science

General Studies-II (200 marks) Duration: Two hours

Interpersonal skills including communication skills.
Logical reasoning and analytical ability.
Decision making and problem solving.
General mental ability
Elementary mathematics up to Class X – arithmetic, algebra, geometry and statistics.
General English up to Class X
General Hindi up to Class X.
