WhatsApp for Android Spotted With Sticker Reactions for Happy, Sad, Love, and Wow

WhatsApp is one of the best social media platforms which is owned by Facebook. From the last few years, Whatsapp has received multiple ways of replying to text messages that include voice notes, Gif support, and the evergreen emojis. in spite of this, Whatsapp will get another amazing feature soon for replying, so that one can reply with using Stickers.

Now besides this one can use it on WhatsApp. The website WABetainfo keeps a track on upcoming features on WhatsApp and FB Messenger. Android beta app version 2.18.120 has started the work on the sticker and The feature is disabled by default for development reasons and it will be enabled in next releases, the report notes. The latest Android beta WhatsApp version 2.18.189 do not offer such kind of features because these features have been removed from it and the company has not cleared about launching date of new features when the new feature of replying with stickers will launch.

This new feature of WhatsApp has been announced at F8 and now users can select a sticker reaction from a dedicated Stickers View on the WhatsApp. on the top corner in the window, There will be a heart-shaped icon and when you will tap this icon it will show you all the categories, and sticker packs will also be shown that you have downloaded from the internet. The new feature of WhatsApp allows you to download stickers from four different categories such as Wow, LOL, Love, and Sad.

 

Same beta version gets support for group video calling a feature-WhatsApp couple of days ago rolled out group video calling support in the Android beta version 2.18.189. The feature was made official back at Facebook’s annual developers’ conference, Facebook F8 last month.
It is worth adding that to use the group video calling feature, they need to be a beta user.
Although, they can be a part of the call even if they are not a beta user.
The company added that, During testing, they were able to add a maximum of four participants as the icon of adding more users that are placed in the top right corner gets disabled after four users.
