This Idea Of Jodhpur Residents Attaching Dustbins To Their Cars As A Part Of Swachh Bharat Mission Will Inspire You
Right after becoming the Prime Minister of India, Narendra Modi has started various reforms on all kinds of aspects, be it in the state of democracy or be it about the environment. Putting aside all that, his home state Gujarat always backed him despite the kind of results they roped in.
Recently, Vadodara, a city in Gujarat is declared as the 10th cleanest city in the country. On the occasion of achieving this milestone, the people of Vadodara has thanked PM Modi by paying him a tribute by conducting mass sweeping recalling the launch of Swachh Bharat Abhiyaan two years ago.
People in Vadodara has surely inspired its neighboring statesmen. A plethora of NGOs started distinct campaigns to uplift the idea of Swachh Bharat.
Meanwhile, taking a step further residents in Jodhpur have come up with a plan to pick up garbage on the go. Yes, by attaching a dustbin to their cars. People are moving around with dustbins tied at the back of their cars, picking up trash whenever and wherever they can.
“PM Modi started a mission to clean this country, and we must support it, it is sad to see the dirty environment. We must not just focus on cleaning the city, but the country too” Mohammad Yusuf, a resident of Jodhpur was quoted saying.
“I collect the garbage, put it in a bucket and dump it in the dumping yard. I have been carrying out this activity for a week, and I feel happy to be doing this,” said another.
This idea is not restricted to a limited group of people, people have attached dustbins to sedans and luxury cars such as Audi too, to take a dig at the trash that is annoying the city.
