Hyderabadi`s are now in fear of chemicals that are present in Bread. Usually, children and also adults sometimes depend on bread for their breakfast. There are many recipes also with bread people will like to have at least once a while.

But now the sale of bread is registered a 20 per cent dip and almost 30 samples are sent to Telangana Food and Safety Department in the city for quality testing.

The report from the Centre for Science and Environment says that this bread contains carcinogenic chemicals like potassium bromate and potassium iodate that are used in this flour which is used for bread preparation.

In city, many customers are returning with their packets of bread. Amjad Ali, a bakery owner said: “We have decided to reduce production for a few days as the returned products point to fears of the people.”
