Satya Nadella, CEO of Microsoft visited India recently and met the Indian Prime Minister, entrepreneurs and other government officials. He also met an eight-year-old kid who is a gaming developer. It was a surprise for everyone seeing the talent of the little boy at very small age.
The boy is from Mumbai who presented his app called ‘Let There Be Light’. He is Medansh Mehta who met CEO in a meeting with Student developers from India. Satya Nadella was impressed and later mentioned him in a keynote speech.
In this game, the players have to build cities by creating factories and farms and also focus on the environment and air quality. The interesting aspect in this meet was that Medansh asked a question to Satya Nadella on how he could become the future Microsoft CEO. “You are already ambitious beyond being the next CEO,” Nadella replied.
The boy wowed the Microsoft CEO with his vision of balancing technology and environmental sustainability. This is the goal the boy has and then he translated that vision, that goal, into a novel game that he’s built.
