External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj is a busy woman has always been very helpful and proactive. Sushma Ji is very concerned about the problems of the citizens. And she addressed many problems in her twitter account despite her busy schedule.

Recently she reacted to a tweet of Pakistani Migrant who debarred from taking a medical entrance test in India. And she gave her a medical seat also. Yes, she sometimes provided her valuable assistance to people who were stuck at airports due to lost passports.

Everything is fine but here is an owner of a malfunctioning new fridge put out a distressed appeal on Twitter yesterday for help. He tagged Union Ministers Sushma Swaraj and Ram Vilas Paswan in his tweet. The main concern was that his refrigerator was faulty and instead of replacing it, Samsung was forcing him to get it repaired. He also added a proof of the mail that Samsung sent him.

He tweeted “Dear Ministers, @Samsung_IN sold me a defective refrigerator, they r not ready to replace,” he wrote with a screenshot of the company’s response attached. Have a look at his tweet.

But our External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj proved her coolness with her retweet. She tweeted “Brother I cannot help you in matters of a Refrigerator. I am very busy with human beings in distress,” Ms Swaraj tweeted to user @M_VenkatM.
