Here is the most beautiful Thank You Note ever seen by a 6-year-old child. Vaishali Yadav from Pune was suffering from heart disease. As her family cannot afford the cost Rs. 3 lakh for her operation and lack of below poverty line documents, she was helpless.

She then wrote a letter to Prime Minister Narendra Modi seeking financial assistance. Modi, who got to know that this little girl is in need of financial support, immediately, he has given financial aid to the girl’s surgery and proved he, is a real human.

Vaishali was diagnosed with a hole in her heart. Vaishali is now fine and she wanted to thank PM Modi for financial support. She then wrote a gratitude-filled letter to Modi thanking him for his help and saving her life. The letter read:

“In response to my letter, you facilitated my operation in a prominent hospital. I am fine now. My uncle, father, grandfather and brother are also grateful to you. Everyone recognizes me as your daughter. Now, I will go to school every day.”

Pune District Collector Saurabh Rao, who took care of things after receiving the letter from Prime Minister’s Office (PMO) directing him to provide necessary assistance to the girl, received a letter of appreciation from PMO.

The letter also admitted the medical assistance extended by Ruby Health Clinic where Vaishali was admitted and operated for free of charge on June 4.
