Astronauts are sent to International Space Station (ISS) by NASA in private spacecraft which is named ad Boeing`s CST-100 starliner. Among the crew members, Sunitha Williams is also one of them. And also the first manned mission in last five years by NASA to International Space Station.

“These simulators have touchscreen displays, which means they are more versatile than previous spacecraft trainers,” Williams said in a statement. To train the test flights aboard the NASA listed out four astronauts like Williams, Boe, Bob Behnken and Doug Hurley.

“We can run multiple simulations by just changing software and then put that same software into a bigger crew simulator, which we will use to train the whole crew for a spaceflight,” she also added.

They spend hours in simulators training for every minute they fly in space and become familiar the way to deal with unusual events. The astronauts play a significant role in training and how the stimulators have been playing.

“Here [with the CPTT] you’re not learning the full-up, if you will, muscle memory of where every switch is [located] and what each is going to feel like, but you’re learning what the switches are, what the displays are, what they look like and what they do,” said Boeing’s, the space vehicle training programs manager Pete Meisinger.

The Crew Part-Task the flight simulator helps to prepare several aspects of mission like flights condition and ISS docking sequence. The astronauts can hear, look and press are represented in devices used in training said the Meisinger.

Taking the private route it appears to be very cheaper. The shuttling astronauts through Russia will cost about $76 million for each ride. The American operated space shuttle and costs about $58 million for each ride.
