24 Movie Review and Rating: The most awaited movie 24 starring Suriya and Samantha released today. Suriya, Samantha paired up again after facing disaster in the form of Anjaan. 24 movie directed by Vikram Kumar. Most important about 24 movie is Surya turned himself as a producer for this flick. 24 movie is produced by Surya’s home production house which is 2D Entertainment.
Suriya plays twin brothers and the son of the elder brother. One of the twin brothers is Athreya which is the first negative character played by Suriya in his career and for this reason the expectations on Suriya’s performance in this character has gone high. 24 movie Suriya is seen in multiple roles, totally Suriya is going to appear in 3 different roles for this film. one of the roles played by Suriya is Athreya which had gained many fans already. Athreya who is a wicked guy yet clever and will go to any level to get his work done and can go to any extent to get his desire fulfilled. Another character is Dr. Sethuman who is a scientist working in a laboratory. The third character is Mani, who is a watch specialist.

24 Movie (Telugu, Tamil) Review:
Suriya plays three roles in this movie. The role of Mani, Sethuraman and Athreya. We see Samantha in the character named Sathya and she is absolutely gorgeous. Athreya is the evil brother. Suriya essays the role of twin brothers, where one is a scientist and another is an evil character. The scientist brother discovers a watch that can actually manipulate time. The villain Suriya wants to have the watch for himself and he even kills his brother’s wife. Scientist Suriya escapes with a baby boy and he leaves the baby to a lady he meets on the train. However, the evil brother catches the scientist and kills him. He also tries to get the watch, but he fails. Meanwhile, the child grows up to be another Suriya and he understands the mechanism of how the watch works. He also uses it to for his own personal use and this also includes romance with the female lead Samantha.
The film is released in 2150 screens across the world among which 267 are from USA and 400 screens are occupied by Telugu speaking states Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. Oscar Winner A.R.Rahman’s songs are already topping the charts. Re-recording will be another big plus for the film.

Final Verdict:
Never before in South Indian cinema. Suriya and Vikram Kumar have done a great job. A brilliant sci-fi movie. Terrific performance from Suriya makes ’24’ a charming one.
