President of the Waqf Vikas Board Rao Sajjad & Congress MLA for Khanpur, Kunwar Pranav Singh ‘Champion’ was seen throwing currency notes on dancers in a video. In the video couple of woman are seen gyrating and those enjoying it are throwing currency notes at them.

This is not the first time such an inappropriate video has surfaced online. Earlier even policemen in uniform were seen doing the same last year.
