Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) has successfully conducted CS Professional Programme in the month of December 2014 from 22nd Dec to 31st Dec. Now ICSI has released CS Professional Programme December 2014 Results on 25th February 2015 at 2 PM. After the declaration of results ICSI has also declared pass percentage of CS Professional Programme. Details of no. of students appeared, Passing ratio % of ICSI Company Secretary Professional Programme December 2014 exam will be given below.

ICSI CS Professional Programme Pass Percentage Analysis:

The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) is the organisation set up under an Act of Parliament, i.e., Company Secretaries Act, 1980 for the regulation and development of the profession of company secretary in India. The Institute being a Pro-active body focuses on best and Top quality education to Students and best quality Set Standards for Members.

Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) conducts a CS Foundation, Executive & Professional Programme exam twice every year in the month of june and December. Large number of candidates will be registering for the exam. As you know the is high demand for CS in the market. Now a days CS is considered to have a great career for youth, jobs in the field are highly demanding whereas pay scale is also satisfying. CS leads to a great career opportunities which a candidate need in his/her life.

ICSI CS Professional Programme Pass Percentage June 2014:

CS Professional (Old Syllabus)

Module I – 33.61%
Module II – 29.86%
Module III – 16.16%
Module IV – 20.21% CS

Professional (New Syllabus)

Module I – 11.09%
Module II – 22.40%
Module III – 12.64%

ICSI CS Professional Programme Pass Percentage 2013:

Around 56.91% of the candidates who appeared for Professional Program (Company Secretaries) examinations have secured pass marks. Altogether 107 candidates secured pass marks in the examinations, out of a total of 188.

42 out of 213 appearing candidates managed to clear the module I of executive programme based on new syllabus. The module II of the programme saw 19 out of 110 students clearing it.

For candidates writing examination on old syllabus, 46 out of 432 cleared module I and 67 out of 404 cleared module II. For the professional programme 42 out of 244 students have cleared module I, 45 out of 263 students have cleared module II of professional programme. Similarly, 34 out of 241 students have cleared module III and 48 out of 223 students have cleared module IV exams.
