Megastar Chiranjeevi Adopts Peru Palem village in West Godavari District
A popular saying states that “Better late than never” which means to do something later than expected isn’t good, but it is better than not at all”. It seems megastar is following and implementing these words in action. Soon after Sachin Tendulkar many other parliamentarians have turned up adopting a village to develop under ‘Samsad Adarsh Gram Yojana’ program. Now it’s Megastar Chiranjeevi who very lately turned to a noble cause which was called by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Modi’s call for ‘Sansad Adarsh Gram Yojana’ got an overwhelming response from all political parties in the country.
Modi sets two years deadline to develop these villages. Later, they can adopt two more villages in the year 2016. Actor turned politician and former union minister for tourism Chiranjeevi decides to adopt a village and develop it with MP laud funds. Soon after Prime Minister Modi calls to MP’s almost every one tried to follow his suggestions in adopting a village. Recently Sachin who adopted Kandrika village in Nellore district had gained national media attention and has been a source of inspiration for all rest of parliamentarians. I think at last all the member of parliaments wish to get media attention as much as Sachin Tendulkar and might have learned something from his past experience as a politician.
Chiranjeevi Adopts Peru Palem Village In His Home Town Mandal
Official sources claim that Chiranjeevi is going to adopt Perupalem village of Mogalturu mandal in West Godavari under Sansad Gram Yojana launched by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. He will be spending a good amount of his MPLADS Funds for the development works in this village. There were speculations earlier in the Mogalturu mandal home town of Chiranjeevi that he is going adopt Mogalthuru Village as he did that any how in people’s welfare.
Now the job Chiru has to do is to adopt a village and spend funds from the MP Local Area Development Scheme (MPLAD) and other Central schemes allotted by Union Government. Yet Chiranjeevi is tight lipped on it. Meanwhile, there is growing dissent in Chiru’s native village Mogalthuru in West Godavri district as the Mogalthuru hasn’t developed much and that too Chiru’s contribution is said to be less, feel many. It needs to be seen whether Chiru adopts a village of his own choice and help it for its progress. And know what new state of Andhra Pradesh said to have topped in the list of number of villages MPs have adopted.
Parliamentarians Que Up To Adopt Villages
Congress President Sonia Gandhi, Vice President Rahul Gandhi also has adopted villages in their constituencies in UP, responding to Narendra Modi’s call. More than half of the Congress MPs in the Parliament have adopted villages. So far, 344 members of different parties in the Loksabha and 86 members from Rajyasabha have adopted the villages.
Meanwhile chiranjeevi is also planning to get launch his 150th movie and names of many directors and technicians are being examined for this movie but none of the cast and crew is confirmed yet. It is expected and there is a buzz in film nagar that the details of the movie will be disclosed in the month of December. The movie may kick start in the same month will be released next year. All India Round Up wishes Chiranjeevi all the best and hope to see him serve the people of Peru Pallem village in an ideal way.
