Tollywood actress and wife of Tollywood hero Jeevitha Rajashekar has been issued another non-bailable arrest warrant by City Civil Court, Hyderabad. This is the second time Tollywood actress and producer Jeevitha Rajeshkar to be in the news with the cheque bounce nuisance. Earlier Tollywood senior actress Jeevitha Rajeshkar has been pinned down again by a Tollywood producer with allegations that she cheated and has entrusted a fraudulent act of cheque bounce. As per the official sources till now we have the sources confirming the cause and conviction of Jeevitha Rajashekar. Sessions Preliminary Judicial Judge of Errammanzil has found her convicted Jeevitha Rajashekar was unable to prove her selves as the exculpated and exonerated with any charges and allegation that were made against here. Allegations were made against the actress that she has swindled a Telugu film industry Tollywood producer. Later Jeevitha exclaimed that she hasn’t made anything wrong while the court has asked her to pay 25 lakhs as a security deposit

Jeevitha Rajashekar Issues Another Non Bailable Arrest Warrant

However, here are fresh allegations over Jeevitha Rajashekar again stating that she evaded few others issuing on valid cheques. The City Civil court in Hyderabad on Tuesday has issued non-bailable warrants against actress-director and BJP spokesperson  Jeevitha Rajashekar in another cheque bounce case. This is the second case of cheque bounce registered against Jeevitha. Earlier, Erramanjil court issued non-bailable warrant when the cheque she gave to Producer Shankar bounced. Responding to a petition filed by a retired official of Sales Tax Department C Parandhama Reddy on Rs 25 lakh cheque bounce case, the court had earlier issued NBW to the actress seeking her appearance before Court, but she did not appear. After the issuance of non-bailable arrest warrant Police personnel’s went to her residence to arrest her while they couldn’t locate and were aforementioned that she was out of station and would return soon and get in touch with the concerned authorities.
