Ahmed Mohamed has become famous throughout the world within a week. The young talented Ahmed had made a clock bomb which he showed to his teacher that made Ahmed be arrested. Thus, after the US Police released Ahmed, he had received a lot of invitations from big techies and even USA President Barack Obama invited him to the White House. His talent was been appreciated by everyone except his teacher.

In this regard, Ahmed visited the annual Google Science Fair as the company invited him last week. Ahmed had a tour of taking pictures with the students and the Finalists in Science Fair. Ahmed also got a chance to hang out with Google Co-founder Sergey Brin. According to a report, “We’re especially glad that Ahmed Mohamed – the 14-year-old clock maker from Texas took us up on our invite to attend this year’s event.”

Mohamed’s attendance was noted as symbolic of the need to support, encourage students and other young people. These types of young scientists, builders and innovators should be encouraged and empowered. Hillary Clinton tweeted last week: “Assumptions and fear don’t keep us safe – they hold us back.” The winners get thousands of dollars were given out as prize money and the fair has also provided almost $1 million in scholarships over the years.

Winners at this year’s fair are Olivia Hallisey, who created an inexpensive method of detecting Ebola as a response to the epidemic in Africa; Deepika Kurup, who made a solar powered silver solution for cleaning water; and Pranav Sivakumar, who coded a pair of algorithms that automatically detects gravitational lens quasars in astronomical data.

Now Ahmed Mohamed should set the timetable to visit all the companies who invited him to their campuses like Facebook, twitter and the White House.
