Tamil comedy drama film ‘Bangalore Naatkal‘ has released today. Directed by Bommarillu Bhaskar, the film is a remake of the 2014 Malayalam film Bangalore Days. Featuring an ensemble cast consisting of Arya, Sri Divya and Bobby Simha in the lead roles, it also has Rana Daggubati, Samantha, Parvathy and Raai Laxmi, in other major roles. Produced by Prasad V Potluri under his banner PVP cinema, the film is the story of three cousins. The film has Gopi Sunder’s music and KV Guhan’s cinematography.

Story:

Bangalore Naatkal is tamil youthful entertainer which is a remake of Malayalam superhit and critically acclaimed ‘Banglore Days’ directed by Anjali Menon. The movie is directed by Bommarillu Bhaskar for tamil version.

The movie has Arya, Sri Divya and Bobby Simha in the lead roles in place of characters played by Dulqar Salman, Nazriya Nazim and Nivin Pauly in the Malayalam movie respectively. Rana Daggubati replaces the character played by Fahad Fazil and Samantha will do the role of Nitya Menen.

As the original version was a runaway hit, people have pinned high hopes on its remake too. Parvathy does what she did in Bangalore Days. She is extremely emotive and does bring out her best. A promising talent. But the show stopper is Sri Divya. She is right there giving her best.

The film is recommended for the friendship factor of the current generation of youngsters who loves who loved and who wants to get loved

Final Verdict: It is a fun film about dreams, relationships and friendship. But the running time close to three hours is a small negative factor going against the movie
