Bengaluru Rape Culprit Confess that He Raped the Girl in Moving Bus inorder to Marry Her

A mini bus driver sexually assaulted the 19-year-old teen girl in a moving bus near Sulibele in Hoskote in Bengaluru Rural District on Thursday. This comes to be another incident in the silicon valley city of India where sexual assault has been committed on commuting women in the due course of time by the miscreant. Cops who are probing the issue claimed that the victim teen girl who was a nursing assistant boarded a bus to get back to her work which has no other passenger in it.

Upon asking his reason behind raping the girl the Man said following:

I loved her and she didn’t accept my love. So, I raped her in-order to marry her at any cost. Now that she is being raped by me, she doesn’t have choice and she is supposed to marry me and I am ready for the same.

Karnataka Home Minister, G Parameshwara claimed that the government would not be tolerating such incidents while expressing his views and opinions on the current incident recalling the past last month occurred gang-rape of a 22-year old BPO employee in a van. “All necessary action will be taken immediately within the framework of law,” said G Parameshwara.

Sources add in that this incident took place around at 7 AM in the morning when the victim teen was commuting to her place of work. Upon finding the girl lonely, driver directed the cleaner to drive the vehicle while he got back with his evil mind and sexually exploited the teen. Later after some time the teen girl was dropped at a deserted place and fled away in their minibus.

Upon being reported with the incident, cops started probing the issue and have arrested the driver and cleaner of the bus. Cops said that they need to get more info regarding the incident and have claimed that as of now they have seized the bus ad are investigating the case.

Driver and the cleaner are charged under the section Indian Penal Code (Punishment for rape) section 376 and the teen girl has been sent for medical tests. G Parameshwara, Karnataka Home Minister said, “IT companies and other such organizations that operate or hire vehicles on the contract will have to share background data about their drivers. We are already doing it, we will start monitoring it more seriously” on being asked about the occurrence of this kind of repeated incidents in private transport vehicles.
