After landing in controversy over his remarks about heroines at an audio launch, Nandamuri Balakrishna is back in news yet again. The actor cum politician was spotted puffing on a cigarette at the inaugural match of Nadigar Sangam’s Natchathirai cricket series at Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai yesterday.

Nandamuri Balakrishna and several other Tollywood stars attended the star Cricket event held in Chennai recently. From Kollywood, many stars including Superstar Rajinikanth were present at the event. At one moment, Balayya, who was seen cheering and enjoying the match, took off his shirt being unable to bear the scorching Chennai heat anymore. He even lit up a cigarette while other stars were around.

An English newspaper in Chennai today published a photo of Balakrishna having a puff in stadium. In that photograph, Balakrishna was seen shirtless, enjoying a puff with his other friends watching the match. Veteran actor Vijaykumar and Shivarajkumar were seen sitting on either side of Hindupur MLA.

Being an MLA, he smoking in public space in front of the media sends wrong message to the public, say political analysts.
