Arvind Kejriwal, the Chief Minister of New Delhi, was slapped again during a roadshow that was being held at Moti Nagar Area, Delhi. CM Kejriwal is also the chief of the AAP (Aam Aadmi Party), he was slapped by a man who was wearing a red shirt when he was standing on an open jeep.

The police have identified the attacker as 33-year-old Suresh, he is a spare parts dealer. The party of CM Kejriwal has blamed an opposing party for the attack.

According to Saurabh Bhardwaj, a lawmaker from the AAP, “They have created a perception that the only way to take on Arvind Kejriwal is to physically assault him.”

The man was immediately pulled away from the vehicle of CM Kejriwal. He was then handed over to the police, according to some news outlets, the supporters of the CM thrashed him before handing him over to the local police.

33-year-old Suresh is currently being questioned by the police and has been officially arrested.
