In a shocking incident that captured on a CCTV camera, a Polish train driver was seen running inside the train before the train had hit a lorry which is on the tracks. The driver Mateusz Szymanski reacts very soon after analysing that the train would collide with the lorry on the tracks.

The train was travelling from Wagroweic to Poznan at a speed of 110km/hr. The driver ran inside the train shouting to be alert before the collision. The passengers immediately crouched on the floor.

The driver before leaving his seat tried to apply the emergency brake to slow down the train and reduce the impact of the collision. The train, however, collided with the lorry shattering the windscreen. The luckiest moment was that the train didn’t get derailed.

No passengers were injured severely. “Passengers reacted in the right way. They got on the floor on command immediately,” Szymanski said.
