Video of cop throwing female high school student has been igniting instant outrage among the online social networking users. The viral video which has been shared online immediately after the occurrence of the incident on Monday boasts a police officer in a South Carolina high school violently thrashing a teenage girl to the floor and throwing her across the room.

At Spring Valley High School in Columbia, Sheriff’s Deputy Ben Fields was caught on camera in Columbia assaulting the student as her classmates sat in astonished and rigidified silence watching in horror. Onlookers who witnessed the brutal incident claimed the Spring Valley High School in Columbia Ben Fields was a powerlifter and strength coach for the school’s football team stuck out at the desk of the victim teen and exclaimed “either you’re coming with me or I’ll make you.”

Track record of the Ben Fields is said to be controversial in the past too although his arrest has been is being investigated, he has been removed from the school and placed on administrative duty. Conveying his views over the viral video, Columbia’s Spring Valley High School superintendent Dr. Debbie Hamm stated that the video was deeply concerning.

Dr. Debbie Hamm said, “Student safety is and always will be the district’s top priority. The district will not tolerate any actions that jeopardize the safety of our students.

Over the investigation, Columbia’s Spring Valley High School is working along with the sheriff’s department. The victim teen girl student who was arrested by the Sherriff’s Deputy Ben Fields to leave the classroom was reported to be safe by school authority and has been discharged to her parents.
