Cops Name BJP Union Minister of Culture, MLA in Report of Dadri Lynching

Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Union Minister Mahesh Sharma and the demagogue MLA Sangeet Som are getting in crooking themselves to get into trouble with their fresh statements. Uttar Pradesh police have filed a report against the Mahesh Sharma, Sangeet Som for alleging them the violation of prohibitory orders in Bishada village where Mohammad Iqlakh, a Muslim was killed in communal violence.

UP Police File Reports Against BJP Union Minister and MLA Over Dadri Lynching

Mahesh Sharma, BJP’s Union Minister and inflammatory orator MLA Sangeet Som may get into trouble as Uttar Pradesh police filed a report against them for violating the  of prohibitory orders in Bishada village where communal violence took place lynching Mohammad Iqlakh. An angry mob of Hindu’s attacked Mohammad Iqlakh and his family in Bishada village following a baseless rumor of them consuming beef and slaughtering a cow for that last week.

District Magistrate of Gautam Budh Nagar district suggested Uttar Police to file FIRs against the two leaders of BJP Mahesh Sharma and Sangeet Som and BSP leader and former Minister Naseemuddin Siddiqui for for violating the  of prohibitory orders in Bishada village basing the report filed by the cops.

The rural Superintendent of Police, Sanjay Kumar Yadav, said, “the report has been filed against the three leaders who addressed the villagers in defiance of prohibitory orders in force in the area. The leaders were given permission only to meet the family of the victim and not for addressing public meetings in view of the sensitive situation prevailing in the area.”

The firebrand MLA of BJP,  Sangeet Som had been new for his inflammatory statements made by him on Sunday. BJP’s  Muzaffar Nagar MLA Sangeet Som said, “we are capable of giving a “befitting reply” if “innocents were framed” in the lynching case.” In a hate speech at a public addressing, MLA Sangeet Som attacked MIM MP Asaduddin Owaisi for visiting Bishada and accused non-BJP parties of indulging in the polarisation of politics, calling the leaders visit a complete vote bank strategy.

A representative of Gautam Budh Nagar in Lok Sabha and Union Minister of Culture, Mahesh Sharma attacked the political rivals over the incident during his few visits to the victim Mohammad Iqlakh’s family. On being asked about the possible stand of cops and judiciary, District Magistrate NP Singh said, “we are collecting the legal opinion over these on what action could be taken on the statements made by Som.”

While as of now, no actions were recommended against Congress leader Rahul Gandhi, Owaisi and Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal who visited the family of the victim last week but did not address any public meeting.
