Drinking Cherry Juice May Help Reduce High Blood Pressure: New Study

According to the study research from Northumbria University, it is found that men with early signs of hyper tension saw 7 per cent reduction in blood pressure rate with this effective drink. When drinking the Montmorency cherry concentrate but not the fruit flavored cordial.

Drinking Cherry Juice May Help Reduce High Blood Pressure

This research is made with fifteen participants who were reported with high blood pressures at the beginning with at least 130/90 mmHg we can say these are at high risk of experiencing the cardiovascular-related programs. Glyn Howats Research leader “We believe these benefits might be linked to the combined actions of some of the plant compounds within the Montmorency concentrate and the positive impact they exert on vascular function.”
