This Employer’s Response To Employee’s Reason For Coming Late Is Winning The Hearts!

When you have a strict boss, going late to the office is a nightmare that you don’t want to face and even if you go by gathering some courage, he might grill you with the questions. But when you see the conversation that happened with the employee and the boss in this organisation about the excuse for coming late, you’ll be left with a huge smile on your face. Though this might not be an appropriate excuse, the excuse will make you smile.

On Imgur, user CainMolir shared a screenshot which is a conversation between her employee Jen and her which instantly went viral with a record view of 2,50,000. Her reply to her employee made a million hearts melt. Here’s the conversation,

“Jenn: Hey, I’m going to be late for work by a few minutes.

Cain: Okay. Everything going alright? You’re normally on time or early.”

 

“Jenn: Yes, My dog was sleeping and looked really cute. I spent some time taking pictures instead of getting ready.

Cain: Look at that sweet boy! Take your time. I’ll have Miller watch your work.”

Their exchange of messages was very cute and definitely won the hearts of many while there were some of the responses to the pictures asking if she would also hire them as they want to work under such a sweet boss who is understanding. Talking about Jenn’s work ethics her employer Cain said that she never missed any work in her eight-year career.

 “She missed work one other time in her nearly eight-year career with us, and that was when her son had his wisdom teeth removed about nine months into her employment.”
