“Gaddam Gang”  Movie Review :

“Gaddam Gang”  movie is a latest movie of Rajasekhar and this movie is the remake of the super hit Tamil film Vijay Sethupathi’s  ’Soodhu Kavvum’, and this movie has completed the formalities of censor and it’s ready for release on 6th Feb 2015. Recently Actor  Rajashekar has no success,he is confident that the film to be surely give hit to him. He looks forward to the release and became a good hit. Achu a well-known composer composed the music and played the important role in the film.In this “Gaddam Gang ” movie Rajashekar played the police officer role. while Sheena also played the police role. Achu played  the IT officer role and Satyam Rajesh played Driver role in this film.

Gaddam Gang Story Line:

A Group of Four People (Daas – Rajasekhar, Ramesh – Satyam Rajesh, Suresh – Achu, Pandu) form an Abduction Gang to rely on kidnappings for livelihood. One fine day, They receive a kidnap deal from one of their Victim’s Father to abduct Finance Minister Dharmaraju’s (Naresh) son Sathya Harishchandra. However Dasu and his gang (Satyam Rajesh, Achu etc.) attempts to kidnap a minister’s son which goes awfully wrong at the start. They kidnaps him successfully in their second attempt and also gets the 2 crore ransom from the minister. But a dispute about sharing the money lands them in big trouble.

Analysis:

‘Gaddam Gang’ is the remake of 2013 Tamil superhit ‘Soodhu Kavvum’. What worked for the original is mentally unstable characters and their unusual characterizations. Despite staying true to the original, Director Santhosh Jayakumar failed to keep the audience glued to the screens due to lack of emotional connect and high entertainment quotient.
