Jayasurya Versatile actor in Malayalam celebrating his birthday today i.e; 31st August 2015. He was born on 31st august 1978 at Thrippunnithura.  Jayasurya began his career as a Mimicry artist and anchored several television shows on numerous Malayalam channels. He is well known for playing a wide selection of lead roles, character roles and notable antagonist roles and acted in more than 75 Malayalam films within 15 years.

Jayasurya acting debut with a major role was “Oomappenninu Uriyadappayyan” in 2002 opposite Indrajith, Kavya Madhavan and Saikumar, the film did well at box office. He made his Tamil movie debut with En Mana Vanil in 2002 opposite Kavya Madhavan and Vadivelu. The actor was last seen in Arun Shekhar’s family comedy entertainer “Jilebi” and his upcoming film “Amar Akbar Anthony” is in the post-production stage. The film is one of the most awaited projects of the year as it also has Prithviraj Sukumaran and Indrajith Sukumaran in the lead roles. His notable characters include Subi Joseph in “Apothecary”, Angoor Rawther in “Iyobinte Pusthakam”, Venkatesh in “Cocktail”, Stephen Louis in “Beautiful”, Abdu in “Trivandrum Lodge”, Roy Philip in “Philips and the Monkey Pen”, Krishnamoorthy in “Swapnakood”, Satheesan in “Classmates” among many others.
