Though the picture seems to be a simple one while it has left and leaves a great impression of people across the globe when it has been shared social media networks. Many hearts were bewitched and spellbinding after being through this humble gesture of this young homeless boy from the Philippines. The young homeless boy needed the drive-thru’s light was portrayed crouching over an old wooden bench and studying while on the pavement outside a McDonald’s restaurant.

The young 9-year-old Daniel Cabrera’s fell into the financial crisis in the year 2012 after losing his father who was a construction worker. Daniel Cabrera’s father fell ill in the year 2012 and on the spur of the moment he passed away. Added to this unfortunate incident as a successiveness Daniel Cabrera’s family lost their home in a fire who are living now a small stall where his mother Mrs. Christina Espinosa helps to sell street food.

Daniel Cabrera’s mother Mrs. Espinosa and his seven-year-old brother are straining for a better life and basic necessities. This picture of Daniel Cabrera studying outside McDonald’s restaurant was captured by a medical student Joyce Torrefranca in the city stating that she is inspired by a kid. The young graduate in another facebook post said that “I hope Daniel’s story will continue touching our hearts so that we will always be inspired and motivated in every situation we face in life.”

Responding to the media about her son’s popularity in social media, Mrs Epsinosa stated she was initially floored while she is grateful to her both son’s Daniel and his brother for their efforts concentrating on their studies despite all odds.

The Mrs. Epsionosa further stated that “He goes to McDonald’s to study because there is no electricity in the food stall.” Mandaue City McDonald’s manager said that the two brothers hang around the restaurant soliciting for the food and change. Manager further added that he gave them water they ask for it and he assured them both that if
Daniel Cabrera would be able to show us a paper with a star, we’ll give him and his brother toys.

Manager of the McDonald’s restaurant asserted that Daniel Cabrera aspired to either become a policeman or a doctor. Let’s all wish and bless this humble kid to attain his goals for a better life and to be a successful man.
