About Kanche

Varun Tej, the son of Mega Hero Nagendra babu has entered the film industry with the film Mukunda in 2014 which got an average response from the fans. Kanche is the latest upcoming movie and the second film of Varun Tej. Even though the shooting of the film has completed long back, the release of Kanche has been delayed due to technical reasons. The film is finally set for a grand release on October 22 on the eve of Dussehra.

Kanche Story :

The movie is said to be a Love story which is set in the pre-independence time where Varun Tej plays the college student guy who joins army and goes on to fight for the World War II. He leaves behind all his loved ones and is seen writing letters to them from his War place.

Dhupati Hari Babu (Varun Tej), a guy from middle class family, who falls in love with Seeta Devi (Pragya Jaiswal). What makes Hari Babu become a soldier forms the crux of the story. The bold war scenes and the men’s struggle to fight for their land and what happened to the ones who were waiting for the warriors. Did Varun get back to his love, Pragya? What exactly during that time. Did it happen in the present time too? Many more suspences and questions will be answered only after watching movie.

The movie also has Bollywood baddie Nikithin Dheer as the negative lead in the film. Srinivas Avasarala played an important role.

After showing off his class even in his bollywood debut with Akshay’s “Gabbar is Back“, director Krish proves he is a master in building brand for his movies. And so does kanche became a trademark for Krish’s career. The film gives a throwback on World War II which was a vacuum in Tollywood Film Industry. Krish has filled the vacuum with this splendid story line and attracted all the audience.
