Government in Order Dated 26-02-2015 have directed to include 862 additional posts in different subjects to the same recruitment process earlier notified by this office.Government have also directed to extend the last date up to 23-03-2015 for submission of applications for the additional 862 posts in the following subjects:

Kannada, English, Hindi, Economics, Geography, Commerce, Journalism & Mass Communication, Social Work, Management, Chemistry, Criminology and Fashion Technology. Competitive Examination will be conducted for recruitment of all 2160 Assistant Professors Posts in different subjects (including 1298 posts which were notified earlier + 862 posts newly notified).

Eligibility criteria for KEA Recruitment:

Salary Offered: Rs. 15600-39100/-+GP Rs. 6000/-

Fee Charges:

• General/OBC Rs. 2500/-
• Other candidates Rs. 2000/-

Age Limit: The minimum age of the candidates applying for the post should be up to 22 years.

Selection process: Candidates will be selected through the marks in written examination.

Educational Qualification for KEA Recruitment:

• Candidates should possess a Master’s degree in the concerned subject with at least 55 per cent or its equivalent (50 per cent in case of scheduled caste/scheduled tribe/physically and visually challenged categories)
• Candidates should have been passed National Eligibility Test (NET) or State Level Eligibility Test (SLET)
• Candidates doing PhD are exempted from appearing for National Eligibility Test (NET) or State Level Eligibility Test (SLET).

• Click on “Submit Fresh Application”.
• Candidates should possess a valid e- mail ID and mobile number for future communication.
• Make all the entries in the online application carefully.
• Read declaration carefully and click on the check box upload the scanned images of Left Hand Thumb Impression and Signature in jpg format.
• Click on preview, check all the items filled in the application and make sure all the entries made are correct. In case of any correction you can do so at this stage itself by clicking on edit button.
• Enter the security code and click on submit button. Once you click on submit button the online application cannot be edited further.
• On successful submission, your application ID will be generated and make a note of the same.
  Next go to Home Page and click on “Generate Post Office Challan”, the Challan generated will have all the information including the fee amount to be paid which will be printed on it. Make the payment in anyof the nearest e-post office/computerized post office branch in Karnataka. The post office will keep the copy and return the candidate’s copy.
• Take a print of the final online application submitted and keep the same with you for future reference and produce the same at time of document verification compulsorily.
