In a shocking incident that took place in Hassan district in Karnataka, a man was brutally thrashed and stabbed for alleged eve-teasing and staring at a woman. The incident turned violent when both sides each other.

In the video, there are two people beating up a boy who was reportedly eve-teasing a girl. The boy, in turn, has called some people and a fight broke out.

What is disturbing about this entire incident was that there are some 100 people surrounded around the two bleeding men beating each other; no one was intervening in between but trying to record the incident on their mobile phones and just remained as mute spectators.

The incident took place in a bus stand where dozens of people were present and they are neither stopping the fight or at least take the injured men to the hospital. It took a while for the policemen to come to the spot and bring the situation under the control.

Hassan police have arrested 5 people and cases have been registered against them. This is the fourth such incident where a person has been stabbed in broad daylight in the state.
