Troy Forrnaciari, an Australian biker that has “Tuff Luck” tattooed into his eyelids, “In Gods Hands” on his chin, and “Not Guilty” on the other chin, has been sentenced to 3 years and 6 months in jail for having an unauthorized firearm, dealing with proceeds of crime, and affray.

35-year-old Troy has spent one year inside the jail while he waited for his trial, the lawyer of Troy told the Judge that his client wants to get out of prison and to get rid of all his facial tattoos as they were “embarrassing”.

Last year, Magistrate Susan McGowan said, “Getting rid of his tattoos is a good idea if it can be done – good luck with that – to help the defendant keep a low profile which can only be beneficial.”

According to Graeme Morrison, the Defence Lawyer said that Troy has changed his behavior after spending 1 year in Jail.

Lawyer Morrison added, “I don’t think his lifestyle has been conducive to his mental health and I think he’s growing up a bit, maturing a bit and wants to do something different other than trying to play silly buggers with the law.”

Mr. Morrison added that his client has been taking medicines to deal with depression, stress, and anxiety.

35-year-old Troy Fornaciari was arrested last year during a raid at a clubhouse in Wollongong, the police seized an unauthorized firearm and a stolen vehicle.
