Breaking all religious barriers, a Muslim Man, Razzak Khan Tikari has performed the last rites of his Hindu friend, Santosh Singh.

Santosh Singh, a Hindu living in Baitul with his wife Chhaya and their eight-year-old daughter was suffering from a terminal disease for some time and succumbed to it on September 20. During the difficult time of Santosh’s wife, who could not even arrange money to perform the last religious rites for her husband, Razzak, who is a close companion of her husband for years, came to her rescue. Razzak, a follower of Islam and a resident of Chhattisgarh carried out all the religious rites and cremated the body of his deceased friend. He followed all the traditions of Hindu customs and cremated his friend.

By coming forward to help his friend Santosh Singh, even after his death, Razzak showed that when you want do something for the sake of friendship; there are no hurdles big enough to stop you. Razak has won many hearts with this. Khan believes that religion should not become a barrier in friendship. He is deeply saddened by the loss of his friend and didn’t have any second thoughts before bidding a final farewell to his friend Santosh.
