Open Letter By A Frustrated Employee To The Management

We normally come across many issues in our daily life. There are few issues we will be hearing from our neighbours, friends and relatives regarding the issue they are facing in their organisations. Here in this letter an employee who is frustrated  with the managements behavior writes a letter to them mentioning all the issue in common where everyone will be facing in their professional life. Lets have a look to that letter below.

Dear Management,

We the employees of this corporate offices work for long periods and even then we face few issues where the management will not be aware of them. I just want you to know few of the issues in this letter which makes us dissatisfied for working in these corporate culture.

  1. We get the offer letter after waiting for years together and you simply order the confirmation of joining should be in 24hrs.
  2. We sometimes have to work for the fields which we are not into previously but will try to present the work in a acceptable way
  3. We get very much stressed because of the company issues but we still manage to work as efficient as we can.
  4. We loose our family affections, attachment with kids etc., but we never complain about it.
  5. We work for overtimes by keeping our family aside and get paid only little amount.
  6. We manage to come from far away places by buses where getting foot boarding itself is a big boon for the day, inspite of that, 10min late to the office becomes an issue but no one bothers about we staying back for hours together after office hours.
  7. Most of the time the credit of the work goes to other person who not even involved in the project or just organised it, but not the person who actually worked for hours together expecting the professional life to be brighter.
  8. We work day and night for the company but when it comes to increments the reasons you show us are very silly and the increment we get will be in small amount.
  9. Companies sometimes forget that a perfect team work itself make the organisation successful, which means every employee is the part of success enjoyed by the management.

Inspite of all these we still work for the company. We sincerely request all these corporate companies to recognize employees as employees but not as a machine. There may not be any awards and rewards to our work but atleast recognize the hard work behind the smile, so that the employees can work whole heartedly for an organisation.
