Meet The Real Life Bajrangi Bhaijan; Cop Reunites 4 Year Old Girl With Parents

Reel-life characters can inspire people to do good things in real-life and this was evident recently when Chandigarh cops do a Bajrangi Bhaijaan. Assistant sub-inspector Dilbagh Singh found a four-year-old lost girl in Phase 1 market. They tried to ask about her address and other detail but she did not know the name of the area where she resides and the identity of her parents.

The police rescued Tanvi (4) at around 10am from the market of Phase 1 in SAS Nagar under the mission Muskaan. Then the ASI along with a constable decided to roam with the girl across the city on bike to find her home.

Salman Khan’s Bajrangi Bhaijaan inspires these Chandigarh cops to save another Munni:

They travelled across the city for around five hours. To make her cheerful and comfortable in the police’s company, the official gave her snacks, chips and biscuits. When the cops were crossing by a school in Mohali village some students of a school identified the girl and told cops where she lived. Dilbagh said the students then helped the police in finding her house.

The girl’s family was traced to Valmiki Colony of Phase 6 in SAS Nagar. Her father told the police that he lost her in the morning when he had gone to Phase 1 administrative complex to apply for Aadhaar card. He said he left Tanvi behind near his cart, from where she walked away.

The incident played almost like the movie itself, but instead of one Pawan Kumar Chaturvedi, there were two cops – ASI Dilbagh Singh and his constable. Instead of Munni, the girl was named Tanvi! And thankfully, they didn’t have to illegally infiltrate Pakistan to perform the heroic deed!

We salute these real heroes, and hope Bajrangi Bhaijaan continues to inspire many more of us to perform more such good acts!
