SBI Launches New Self-Service Mobile App ‘State Bank Samadhaan’ on Banking Services

State bank of India (SBI), the largest state-run public sector lender launched a new mobile app “State Bank Samadhaan” on Google Play Store. This is a self-service app that facilitates SBI customers to avail a wide range of services and offerings and also obtain usually sought records, without the need of visiting the branch. This is a great initiative from State Bank of India which will be very much helpful for people especially Senior Citizens.

State Bank Samadhaan – A Self-Service Mobile App

The new mobile app, ‘State Bank Samadhaan’ is a Self-Service mobile App which is now available on Google Play Store. This new service provides numerous services to its SBI customers without having to visit the bank in particular. The App will provide you whole information about deposits, advances, Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, EMI calculation, SBI Branch and ATM Locations, SBI Holidays and delivers direct access to several mobile apps namely SBI Freedom, SBI Anywhere, SBI Buddy, SBI Quick, etc.

During the mobile app launch, Smt. Arundhati Bhattacharya, Chairman of State Bank of India, in her address, said that “this step will further endear the bank to its customers, and will enhance customer delight.” 

On of the unique features of this new mobile app is that it will enable all SBI customers to get on-demand his statement of account and interest certificate on Housing Loan and Education Loan securely via a registered email address 24 x 7. This app also enables an amazing service to all its customers where they can lodge and track their complaints through the App. This latest move by the State Bank of India seems to approach people in a much closer way by launching unique mobile applications.
