Shahid Kapoor is an Indian film Bollywood actor. He has successfully completed 12 years in the film industry. He is the recipient of two Filmfare Awards from four nominations. In 2003, Kapoor played his first leading role as Rajiv Mathur, a carefree young man in Ken Ghosh’s moderately successful love story “Ishq Vishk” for which he won a Filmfare Award for his Best Male Debut Award. He is not only a good looking, but also he is an amazing and exceptional dancer as well. He followed it with lesser successful films like “Fida” in 2004 and “Shikhar” in 2005, before featurg in Sooraj R. Barjatya’s highly successful family dramastic move Vivah in 2006.
Shahid Kapoor earned a multiple nominations for the Filmfare Award for Best Actor for his role in Imtiaz Ali’s romantic comedy movie “Jab We Met” became one of the biggest hits movie of the year 2007 and in Vishal Bhardwaj’s caper thriller Kaminey in 2009. “R… Rajkumar” an 2013 movie proved to be the first box-office success. Shahid Kapoor played the Hamlet role in Bhardwaj’s critically drama movie “Haider” in 2014, for which he won the multiple awards, including the Filmfare Award for Best Actor.
