Shruti Haasan Lands in Legal Trouble

Producer Prasad V Potluri filed a petition in Court against Shruti Haasan after she walked out of the Nagarjuna-Karthi multi-starrer project abruptly. After PVP complaint, court orderd criminal action against Shruti Hassan. Until further orders of the court, Shruti Hassan not to sign new films.

PVP files a case against Shruti Hassan:

Picture House Media Ltd, a leading Media & Entertainment firm owned by PVP, initiated Civil and Criminal proceedings against Shruti Haasan. As per the production house, The schedules were planned around Shruti Haasan’s convenience. After the completion of first schedule, Shruti Haasan conveyed through an email that she wishes to walk out. This is unethical and unprofessional act has incurred losses to Picture House Media Ltd and dates of other actors have been affected.

Though the financial loss is running into several crores, it is the loss of time and reputation that is significant because the schedules of all other artists who have committed their dates will be disrupted. In order to ensure that such unprofessional acts are not repeated in future.

Right now she has more than 10 movies in her hand. She is doing 5 hindi movies which are under filming and post production. Tevar (Hindi), Yaara (Hindi), Welcome Back (Hindi), Gabbar is Back (Hindi), Rocky Handsome (Hindi), Puli (Tamil), Untitled Mahesh Babu film (Telugu).

Shruti Hassan is in top race in South Indian films. Her last year movie Race Gurram with Allu Arjun was a block buster hit. She has paired in Telugu with all leading actors which includes Pawan Kalyan and Ramcharan. South Indian top star Kamal Hassan daughter Shruti Hassan has to get good reputation with her character and personality. As per her welwishers in film industry are advising not to get controversy with producers.
