Few days back as a part of a social experiment called Roadside Ustad, Sonu Nigam dressed up as a homeless old man, sitting in one corner of Juhu with his harmonium, singing melodies. Nobody could recognise Sonu Nigam while this experiment was in process, but a young man saw over and above his appearance and recognised his talent. The young man asked him if he’d eaten anything, even offered him breakfast and gave him Rs. 12 as a mark of his appreciation.

Sonu Nigam mentioned this on his twitter and even framed the Rs. 12 given by young man. The singer even expressed his desire to meet him. The man who gave the money on road tracked down and set up a surprise meeting. His name is Shabaaz Khan. Here is the reaction of man after seeing Sonu Nigam. He was surprised and te meet was EPIC.

The meeting was arranged when a Facebook Live AMA with Sonu Nigam was going on post the Roadside Ustad stunt. The two hugged each other tight and thanked each other for the love while Sonu was overwhelmed with the man’s beautiful gesture back then and they two shared few endearing moments.

Shabaaz is very excited after meeting Sonu Nigam. In their meet, Shabaaz revealed that he wanted to tell Sonu in disguise that he sounded better than the real ‘Sonu’.
