Surya’s Masss is an upcoming Tamil horror comedy film directed by Venkat Prabhu. Suriya is a co-producer for this film along with Studio Green, plays the lead role alongside Nayantara and Pranitha. Surya has also completed the dubbing of the movie. Yuvan Shankar Raja composed the music for the film and cinematography was done by R. D. Rajasekhar. Previously there was a single first look poster of the movie was released and now it’s time for the teaser. The Masss Tamil movie trailer/ teaser was released during the midnight by studio green pictures.

As Masss is also his sixth directorial venture, the poster has the tagline, “A Venkat Prabhu Sixer”. Along with the Surya and Nayantara co-actors R. Parthiepan, Pranitha and Samuthirakani. Venkat Prabhu is best at selecting the apt role for characters. Masss Movie is going to hit the screens on 15th May.

Movie audio release function planned to launch in the end of april or earlier may 2015. Everyone eagerly waiting to watch this Horror and comedy movie. Masss movie will be releasing simultaneously in both tamil and telugu languagues. It was reported to be a horror comedy, while Venkat Prabhu stated that he was “trying something new” and that he couldn’t reveal the genre. It was reported that the film would have Suriya in two different looks, one of which, is with him sporting long hair and the other look was said to be a secret surprise.  Prinz, who had played the villain in films like Naan Sigappu Manithan and Naaigal Jaakirathai, informed that he played one of the villains in Masss, adding that he would appear for a short duration but share screen space with Suriya.
