Telangana IT Minister K.T. Rama Rao has inaugurated Innofest, the first ever innovation festival at T-Hub in Hyderabad and delivered a very amusing speech on youth innovative ideas. He talks about the T-Hub that was created to provide a platform for incubation, innovation, and disruption. Speaking about the entrepreneurship, he says, “Necessity is the mother of invention. Now, innovation is now the mother of entrepreneurship.”

He spoke about ‘3 Is’ Manthra—Incubate, Innovate, Incorporate. And asked to add fourth ‘I’, that is the geniuses of ‘Indians’ to innovation.  He talks about the legendary Indian innovators like Aryabhatta and Sushrutha, and while still respecting them, why we need to have new heroes on the lines of Mark Zuckerberg and Jack Ma today.
