Tigerair To Operate More Flights To Hyderabad
Tigerair is going to increase the flight frequency to Hyderabad and Tiruchi from Singapore for about two months from April 25 to June 15. The carrier, a subsidiary of Singapore airline Ltd. decided to operate the seasonal additional flight each from both places after seeing the good response from passengers during peak seasons.
A senior executive of the airline said that “From April 2015 to June 15, the airline will increase flight frequency on Hyderabad-Singapore route taking the total count seven weekly flights and to 14 weekly flights on the Tiruchi-Singapore route”.
Tigerair Singapore Director (Sales and Marketing) Teh Yik Chuan said that ” Tigerair has always viewed India as an extremely significant part of our global network as we realise the potential and opportunities that the market has to offer”. He also said that ” The overwhelming response from the two markets during the peak season as the reason for the increase in the frequency.”
Along with the announcement, Tigerair also launched a Rs.11,599 all inclusive return fare to Singapore and offer is applicable on the tickets booked from January 20-31 and the travel period is from March 9 to April 16.
