Tripura Public Service Commission Recruitment 2015:
Tripura got her statehood on 21st January,1972 and Tripura Public Service Commission was established on 30th October, 1972, under the provisions of Article 315 of the Constitution of India. Sri G.P.Bagchi was the first Chairman and Sri I.K.Roy was the first Member of the Tripura Public Service Commission. The Commission is, at present, located at the old Assembly House of Tripura, at Akhaura Road, Agartala.
Tripura Public Service Commission (TPSC) is inviting application forms from suitable job seekers for the recruitment of Junior Medical Officer, Scientific Officer and Statistical Officer. Under TPSC recruitment 2015 this notification, candidates will be recruited in TPSC on regular/contractual basis.

- Junior Medication officer / General Duty Medical Officer (Group A): 350 posts
- Scientific Officer (Group B): 03 posts
- Statistical Officer (Group B): 02 posts
Eligibility Criteria for TPSC Recruitment 2015:
Age Limit for TPSC Recruitment 2015:
Candidates age should be up to 40 years as on 28-02-2015. Age Relaxations are applicable as per the rules.
Application fee for TPSC Recruitment 2015:
- For post no. 1: General category candidates have to pay Rs. 200/- and SC/ ST. BPL card holders/ PH candidates have to pay Rs. 150/-.
- For post no. 2 & 3: General category candidates have to pay Rs. 150/- and SC/ ST. BPL card holders/ PH candidates have to pay Rs. 50/-.
Educational Qualification for TPSC Recruitment 2015:
- For Junior Medical Officer post-Candidates should have a medical qualification as per Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 with 2 years of experience as House Surgeon or in Public Health Medical Licentiates OR F.R.C.A course Licentiates or in Private Practice course after completion of medical qualification for one year.
- For Scientific Officer post- Candidates should have Bachelor’s Degree in Science with honour in Chemistry.
- For Statistical Officer post- Candidates should hold Master’s degree or be a Honours graduate in Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Sociology or Economics from a recognized university with 3 years of experience in Statistical work.

How to Apply for TPSC Recruitment 2015:
- Candidates who wish to apply may obtain the application form at Tripura Gramin Bank.
- Application can be obtained by paying the fee through special challan.
- Candidates should attest recently clicked photograph along with essential documents, application fees to the Commission’s office before 28 February 2015 by 5 PM.
The prescribed Recruitment Fee is to be paid to the Account No.31176521319 of the State Bank of India (core banking branches) in favour of the Secretary, Tripura Public Service Commission.
