While the supreme court of USA legalizes the same sex marriage , India still remains hold on Sec 377 which makes criminalizing offense of those involve in gay sex . The supreme court of India on December 2013 pronounced its verdict on a bunch of petitions challenging the Delhi high court , which gave an landmark judgement in July 2009 decriminalizing gay sex among consenting adults in private.
