For applying the UP ration Card candidates need to regiter with your details like Name, Place, Mobile number etc. through official site of UP Ration card Online Registration delhi ration card online application form new. Enter the OTP where it is asked and complete the application form with correct details. After you submitting the form you will receive a unique temporary UP Ration Card Number download that form and save it for future use.

• Fill the application form with correct details
• Upload the required attachments and check before submitting
