The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has released a notification. Candidates interested getting Job in UPSC has applied for the IES/ISS. Application last date was 10th April 2015. All the candidates applied for the UPSC Engineering Services exam has to pay the application fee(fee exemption for certain categories). Candidates applied and generated the registration number. From those some of their applications were rejected by the UPSC.

Union Public Service Commission has released the list of rejected application numbers and names in the official site. From all the application thirteen applications has been rejected. Reason for rejection is stated as due to absence of fee payment. This list is to notify the candidates about the rejection of their application. UPSC has provided a opportunity to appeal within ten days of list announcement. So that they be eligible for Writing the exam.

Those candidates wish to write the exam need to appeal against rejection. Candidates need to send the  documentary evidence of the payment made by speed post or by hand to the Address given below :
