Bhopal Muncipal Commission’s Zonal officer caught by television cameras watching porn videos on his cell phone during the Bhopal Municipal Council Meeting which was being chaired by the Mayor of Bhopal – Alok Sharma. The meeting was regarding the smart city project and was discussing the possibilities of how to make Bhopal, a smart city. During the meeting, this Bhopal Zonal officer was watching a sexually explicit content on You Tube in his mobile. This absolutely disgraceful act by the government officer was caught on Camera.

This happened late yesterday evening and today even this matter came to light. The Bhopal Mayor has promised that an action will be taken against him. Also the Urban development commissioner said that the enuiry has already been constituted and the necessary action will be taken.
